Our orders are baked fresh. We will work quickly to bake your order but please be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for us to prepare and fulfill your delicious treats. Larger orders may take Longer. We love our customers, so feel free to reach out with any questions. Payment due at delivery/pickup. For orders over $50, a 50% deposit is required.

If you're not completely delighted with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're committed to finding a fair solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a credit for a future order, or a full or partial refund. To help us understand what happened, we might ask for a photo or for the item to be returned.
